Management

Both the parents and teachers are in charge of the management of the school. The parents sometimes support the classes.

Class meeting of the teachers and the parents

We hold a class meeting noce a month. At the meeting parents can learn how their children behave during classes and what challenges exist. The parents are able to know the other side of their children. Fathers are warmly encouraged to participate in the meetings.

Parent’s Learning

Just as the teachers of our school are learning continually, so are the parents. They can learn how they should observe their children, and how to behave or talk to them at home, from an educational point of view. They learn from the Japanese teachers and the German teachers the background of the subjects. They can also learn about Miyazawa Kenji from watching documentary films of the students he taught. These films were produced by our president, Toriyama, Toshiko.
